  1. I am looking forward to finally buying my first home with my husband. We only got married in May this year and have been living in a shared house with a friend. We've been wanting to buy for a while now. On one hand it's an exciting prospect, on the other hand having a mortgage is a bit terrifying. Nonetheless...house first, kids second (four years away). It's exciting!
